How do I transfer my premium subscription to a different account?

I purchased a premium subscription for myself and one other user.  The board has been transferred to his workspace, but the premium purchase didn't transfer with it as we had hoped.  I'm leaving my current job and would like to transfer the premium membership and powerups to my coworker.  Is this possible?
