Senior researcher, Dr. Mahreen Khan, is here to discuss Atlassian's debut wave of data in Atlassian's "State of Teams" research.
Submit your question here between now and Wednesday, 17 November AEST / Tuesday 16 November ET.
Context
Atlassian's State of Teams research seeks to provide a framework for tracking team health over time. In partnership with research specialists Paper Giant, we're capturing factors like engagement, performance, cultural norms, and long-term viability. In addition to providing a macro-level view across industries, the State of Teams project also links specific practices and attitudes to team health outcomes. Our initial wave of data shows that it's not where you work that matters, but how you work.
We asked questions on these topics:
- Breakdown of teams working with colocated teams, on hybrid teams, or on distributed teams.
- Breakdown of healthy, partially healthy, and unhealthy teams.
- Whether location matters
- Whether organizational culture matters
- Whether connectivity matters
- Most common team struggles
- Drivers of team health
