Merge accounts

Hello

1) I started a trial account and have been using for a month. 

2) Our office started a premium membership. 

3) I’d like to copy or merge info from trial to premium. 

Is this possible? If so, could someone lend a hand in process?

Hey Daniel, subscriptions are applied at the workspace level, not the account level. You will need to do the following:

1. Your colleagues will need to add you to the Premium workspace
2. Then you can move your boards from your workspace that had the trial into the Premium workspace: https://help.trello.com/article/752-changing-the-workspace-to-which-a-board-belongs
