How do I automate Program sync

A feature for Advance Roadmaps for Programs is the Sync to keep things up to date. (see attachment) but you have to remember to do this manually. How can I automate it? Thanks for your help.

There is a suggestion in the backlog to add automatic/scheduled sync, and you may watch/vote for it here to see progress:
