How to use yaml file to automatically generate plan
https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo0800/tutorial-bamboo-specs-yaml-stored-in-bitbucket-server-1077779825.html
For the referenced document, the plan is not automatically generated.
This happens if Bamboo server does not have native Git installed on it.
