Account swap but Kudos progress didn't follow

Hi @Monique vdB 👋 (me again!) This time I have a completely different problem for you and I hope you will be able to help...

Last night we swapped my Community account over to a new personal Community account which transferred all my data (articles, discussions, badges etc.) apart from my progress, challenges and points on the Kudos Beta 😢

I'm still showing on the board but it isn't reflected on my account is there a way we can move this over too?

Hi @Monique vdB, Erica did the swap for me which went smoothly just need to pop my photo back on my profile. The only thing that didn't carry over was the Kudos side of things I'm still on the leaderboard but it's not managed to attach itself to this account.

@Laura Holton _ACE Manchester_ we made some back end changes which should have fixed it. Do you mind logging out and back in again and let me know if anything explodes?
