We have selected enable SSL on our statuspage and was wondering what is the normal time frame before it's enabled, or we need to submit an issue.

Typically, SSL is provisioned within minutes of the DNS records being validated. If the issue persists, I recommend opening a Support so we may examine the issue closer.
