Pull text from link in comment

Question

Hi,

When users post a specific link in the comments under a card, for example: https://www.support.com/ticket/ticketnumber. I'd like to create a rule that extracts this last part, the ticket number, from the link and post it in a custom field named ticketnumber.

I would love to hear if this is possible :)

I tested it before my post. This is because am assuming that there is a space between the url and text after it. In any case, @[deleted]you should test it.

Try this

when a comment containing "https://www.support.com/ticket/{* }{*}" is posted to a card, set custom field "Reference" to "{wildcard1}"
