Sourcetree license (commercial use)

I know there are several license related questions here.

But they seem to be little bit outdated.

I tried to find official website explaining source tree license, but it was hard to find.

Can I find official website of source tree license or a button in source tree which leads to license information?

I really want to use source tree at my work without worrying about the license and money&legal problems.

(no source tree no git to me!)

In legal terms, Sourcetree falls under Atlassian's Software License Agreement . In practical terms, anyone is free to use Sourcetree free of charge. This includes for commercial use. We're happy that you're able to use Sourcetree to produce your own software and make a profit from it!

But I have a small question aft I had read the License Agreement.

"3.2. Restrictions. Except as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement, you will not: (c) use the Software for the benefit of any third party;"

What is the difference between "third party" and " the Company where I currently work for"?
