Only Slack Admins are able to connect Trello to Slack. When non-admins slack members try to do that, a message appears that they are not authorised to install Trello to their workspace and the button "Explore approved apps" appears. When they click the button, Trello is there as an approved app.
I am an Slack Org Owner and I made sure that Trello app is approved and installed in all company workspaces. I don’t know what else to do and people are starting giving up on Trello.
