How do I change the program lead in the General Configuration section on BigPicture in Trello?

Question

I am an admin of my companies workspace (but I did not set it up) and I am setting boards up in the workspace, but my name does not come up as an option to be the program lead within the Program Configuration page of BigPicture.  I can't see any data for any of the boards from this workspace in BigPicture.

I can only manage data in BigPicture from boards that are within a workspace that I created.

Does this mean that whoever set up the workspace is the only person who can use / set up BigPicture for those boards?

Hello Tai,

When it comes to changing the Program Lead in BigPicture Trello, I am afraid that this is currently not possible to achieve. We do have plans to make it available to our customers one day, however, due to the fact that all our development work related to the BigPicture Trello platform has been temporarily withheld till the end of 2021, I am afraid that it will not happen quickly. For the time being, we can consider the Program Lead as unchangeable.

Big Picture is not developed by Atlassian/Trello, so I recommend reaching out directly to their team for support. You can contact them here.
