I'm not 100% sure what causes this, but hopefully we can get this working by starting from a clean slate. To do that:

1. Open the board menu, and under the Slack Power-Up, select Remove Personal Settings.
2. Go to https://trello.com/my/account and Revoke Slack if you find it in the Applications section.
3. Go to Slack and in the channel you planned to link, enter /trello unlink and /trello reset.

After that's all set, can you enter /trello setup in that channel and follow the Authorization steps it asks for? If you're still having trouble, please get in touch through https://trello.com/contact and we can help take a closer look!
