Want to add member to board but wants to charge me

Question

Hi,

I just started with Trello have a business account it states with Business Account you have unlimited members. When I go to send an invite to my mother it states that I will be charged a fee.

Being new to Trello I guess I am confused. I love the idea that my mother and I can work together and she can help me with things. Recovering from health issues this will be a Big help.

Just not sure why it would say 'unlimited members' but then say a few would be incurred when adding members.

All you have to do is to invite her to the board and she will become a single board guest in your workspace.

Was confused did not understand unlimited members I thought when i saw the demo and my mother being on board(s) would have to be pay to have access. But I was told she can have access to 1 board as a guest for no charge. How do I do that?

Unlimited members does not equal no cost. Each user that is added to your workspace will add to the cost. You do have the option to add a guest to a single board, that will not cost you anything. You can find more information about here about the billing, How billing works with Trello Business Class
