I need some help to customize notifications for clients

Good day,

I am new on it, trying to customize client notifications after they sent me their request, incidents and so on, all clients recieve it at the same time causing everybody knows what happend in the organization and its wrong.

Is there any documentation that can help me to set it right.

I guest that I was not clear with my question, my mistake, I was refering notifications on ITSM Jira.
