Question

Hi,

I am getting the following error when I try to start one of the repositories using Fisheye Administration page.

ErrorError calling server:com.google.gwt.user.client.rpc.StatusCodeException: 500 The call failed on the server; see server log for details Unknown.re(Unknown Source) Unknown.M8b(Unknown Source) Unknown.vbc(Unknown Source) Unknown.dBb(Unknown Source) Unknown.HBb(Unknown Source) Unknown.<anonymous>(Unknown Source) Unknown.mvb(Unknown Source)You are running release FE2.10.0 (20130115015957 2013-01-15), please report your release number when reporting bugs.Can someone please help me here? There are huge builds being blocked due to this error.Thanks,

Yes, of course.

Just file a ticket on support.atlassian.com in the "FishEye Support" or "Crucible Support" project. It will be seen only by you and our support engineers.

BEWARE: You wrote that you're running release FE2.10.0 - technical support for this release has ended Dec 3, 2015. Therefore the only thing our support team can assist is an upgrade process, as per our Atlassian Support End of Life Policy.

Is there an email ID / support mail ID where I can post the log file. The log file contains IP addresses of our servers and my management is not too keen on pushing it out in the open.
