How to automate the moving of cards when a start date is equal to today's date

I am having issues with a rule that I have implemented using Butler:

when a start date is set on a card starting today in list "Repeating Tasks", move the card to the top of list "Incoming"

The rule doesn't seem to work for me - no cards are moved when the start date on a card is today's date.

Am I missing something? Does the Butler automation work on start dates?

Please help.

I did not test your specific trigger but you need to understand that the operative word is "when". If the start date had already been set previously, nothing will happen. If you want those cards, then you have to use collect...cards starting today.
