Handle multiple boards

My organization tags me into multiple boards, and I am part of several projects at the same time.

How do I keep visibility of all the tasks I need to do?

How do I keep track of my team member's deadlines if they are also in multiple boards? 

How to follow up things with long processing times?

As far as keeping track of your own tasks, I personally use BenkoBoard which is a product I created to improve Trello's notifications and cards view, as well as allow me to use Trello as a Gmail client so I have everything in one place:
