Is it possible to notify via slack when there is a change in the Custom Field?

I want to be notified via slack when there is a change in Custom Field.
Specifically, I want to be notified via Slack when the date, value, text content, etc. set in Custom Field are changed. I would like to be able to notify Slack of any changes, preferably the details of the changes.
Will it be possible to notify if I use Butler etc.?

In this case, it turned out that it can be realized by using Butler. Furthermore, it seems that more detailed settings can be made by using variables.

Butler rules can detect a range of specific changes to a CF like whether it is set or clear but it cannot track the change e.g. change from "Red" to "Green". It does sound like you need to use webhook and fliter the "updateCard" actions.
