Green status without resolution is not shown on a board

Hi,

I came across an interesting case.
We are using a custom workflow and have two green statuses (merged and done).
After creating a custom transition I found an interesting issue.
When the ticket gets to status merged it disappear from a board.
I fixed it by adding the post function "resolution->done" for transition.
Can someone explains why it works like that?

Hi Sergey,

 

You may need to add the status "merged" to the far right column of the board (in the Configure Board view, under Columns. ) I suspect that "merged" is listed in the Unmapped Statuses column for the board.
