Private repository "doesn't exist"

I'm attached to a private GitHub repository, last accessed in the March 2021 timeframe, as a collaborator. I can clone the repository, but when viewing it in my list of local SourceTree repositories, the display shows the following icon and does not recognize changes to the files.

Running Sourcetree for Windows v3.4.4 on Windows 10. It's only this one private repository that displays this issue.

I've looked in the SourceTree logs and see the following log repeated multiple times:

ERROR [2021-04-23 09:52:56,026] [1] [SourceTree.Model.Repository] [Log] - Repository: [] does not exist

one double check question, did you check authentication to github profile?

Yes, I re-generated my oAuth token as a precautionary measure. What's puzzling to me is that teeny icon (with some unreadable sub-text).
