How can I make Bamboo restart the iis pool when deploying?

I am currently presenting a very serious problem and that is that when performing the deploy
bamboo gives me an error saying that it cannot publish the files
because these are in use. doing the verifications I see that when closing this file from windows w3wp.exe
immediately the deploy is carried out.
