How can I generate the one report for all project and how many times build failed and triggerred in specific date range in excel
Assuming that you're using proper external database (and not built-in DB engine that is good for evaluators) you can connect your reporting tool to DB and take a closer look at BUILDRESULTSUMMARY table.
