Can I send a mass message to all of my members in my 150 boards at once?

Question

I have 150 boards with different members on every board.  Can I send one email or message to all of them at once?  I need to notify all about a team member no longer with the company.

You can use @board in a comment on a trello board to mention all the board members, but you cannot do this across boards.
