Problem accessing the file Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools

Hello

When I try to install any application from "find new apps" , I'm getting this error and I have tried using downloading the file and uploading it but still my logs showing "unexpected problem has been detected". Screenshot (47).png Screenshot (49).png
