Impossible to delete boards

Question

Hi, I've removed a member who is admin of a board. How can delete that board?

We are all admin in member settings but in each board i can see that there is just 1 owner and I can't delete boards if i'm not the owner.

Can you please help me? Regards. Eleonora

Is the board still in the team?  If so, you can upgrade to the paid version to take ownership of the board.

If not, and you are not on the board or not an admin, you cannot delete the board (but there is always an admin on a board).

Hi @Soumyadeep Mandal - SaM

Thanks for your answer. The problem is that I've removed as group member the owner of the board so I can't ask her to do it. I couldn't find any advice on this in the link you sent me.

Is there any other way to delete board? Regards. Eleonora

Hi @Eleonora Durighello

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

You can follow this guide

https://help.trello.com/article/801-deleting-a-board

and if you still fail to delete the board then you have to ask the owner to delete the board for you!
