How are copied Butler Rules counted?

We have 6 people for a board, two with gold users and four with free accounts. We use in Butler a rule and a calendar command, but they are more used than the quota of a gold user. If we set those for each of the members, then we would probably have them used 200+200+50+50+50+50 times a month. Do I think it well? And if it is so, then if they are running then where are they counted? First from a user, second from another, third from again another, or are they all from the user where are set first and if his quota is full then from the second user?

If you set up rules, calendar commands, or due date commands, they will always draw from your (the creator's) quota, even if they are being triggered by another user.

Board and card buttons draw from the quota of the user triggering the command.

If you (the rule creator) are out of quota, your rules will stop running for everyone until the quota resets (1st of the month).

You could have multiple members of your team to set up the same rule, but beware that you'd then have the same rule running multiple times.

for example this is one of the rules:

when a card is moved into list "Done" by anyone, set due now

as it is a rule, it can not shared with the others, so if each of us creates the same rule himself on the same board, then if this is triggerd then where who is this command counted?

and for the calendar command it is better, because there is no trigger person and maybe no one on the card:

every day, move each card due today in list "two weeks" to the top of list "today/now"
