how do i set a butler 'rule' so that once my checklist is 50% complete an orange label is displayed

I want to set a butler rule on Trello so that once my checklist is 50% Complete the orange label or cover is automatically added.

i also want to set a rule to that when no items are complete on my checklist the red label is displayed

Assume that you have 10 tasks on a checklist.

"when the item5 is checked in a checklist"

"add the orange label to the card"

The rule I told actually works.

Try to set it up! It will work!

and

you can add another rule

"when a checklist is completed add label red label"
