Welcome to community. I have seen others resolve this by clicking the "Forgotten Password" link and setting a new password. Even though they logged in with my Google ID before.
Others are using a mac and updating their browser has resolved the issue since Google wants you to update your browser in order for you to use SSO with the Trello app. Updating Chrome, relaunching Trello Mac app fixes the issue.
If none of these solutions fix the issue I would suggest submitting a support issue with Atlassian. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
