Can Trello move completed checklist items to a different checklist on a different card?

I created "Schedule" and "Milestones" cards. Both have checklists - the former contains upcoming events/tasks with dates noted, the latter past events/tasks with dates noted. It would be great if, when I check the "Completed" box next to the Schedule events, they automatically move to the Milestones checklist.

@[deleted]based on simple test, item can added by using {checklistitemname} to a checklist on a card on the second board but the original due date is not carried over. This is expected since, effectively, a new item has been created on the second board. I have not found a move for items.
