why is the 'Deployment Panel' no longer displayed in the issue 'Development Panel'?

This used to be displayed but it no longer does. Is there any way to activate it or workaround to see in the issue the environment in which the commit is deployed?

Check the logs to see if there are any issues connecting the two apps. You can also try deleting and recreating the application links.
