Boards and Pricing and gold rewards

Question

I am new to Trello. But I understand I can have 10 boards per team. Is there a limit to the total number of boards that I can have on my free account.

Still trying to understand the gold rewards and how to use them. So I may need some clarity on gold rewards, I sent an invite to a team member now I have gold rewards not even sure if they can be used on a free account or what I am suppose to do with them
