Send SMS to a client (saved as custom field)

Hi Community!

I'd like to send SMS to a client (phone number is saved in custom field) every time the card  moved to a specific list.
I've tried to do it with Integromat but it didnt work.. it didnt pull the phone number from the custom field..

Can you please advise how to achieve that?
