Free vs Business Class vs Gold

As a Home Health RN, I use Trello to schedule my day and take notes. I'm using the Free version, but I'm running out of boards.
Is my only option now to go to Business Class?
Does Trello Gold offer any more boards than the free version?
This is otherwise a great app.

You can create as many "teams" as you like. Teams as soon to be renamed to workspaces and there is a limit of 10 boards per team in Trello Free.
