Jira wont connect to Fisheye/Crucible server

We currently have the latest onDemand Jira running. I am trying to link Jira to our Fisheye/Crucible server. I have gone through the application link steps for both Jira and Fisheye/Crucible. The two however refuse to talk to each other.

Are there any additional tips or tricks to getting these two to talk to each other?

Ensure your FishEye/Crucible server is available to the Internet, and therefore OnDemand JIRA.

Are you seeing any requests come in to FishEye/Crucible at all from OnDemand ? (Can enable DEBUG logging in Admin to see all http requests)

Ensure: Your FishEye application must be accessible through port 80 (or port 443 with a valid (CA) SSL certificate). and go through other steps/caveats on https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Integrating+JIRA+OnDemand+with+FishEye
