I would like to know what kind of data Crowd stores.
ex) 1. ID, 2. Password....
and is this data encrypted?

It stores all the data you need for managing user accounts, so yes, usernames, names, email, groups, and so-on.
Obviously, no-one in their right mind stores passwords (although you might be horrified to find out who does and how many there are!), Crowd is no exception, it keeps the password hash.
The data can be encrypted - that's up to the database behind it though, not Crowd itself.
