I am having an issue with Email-To-Board Formatting.

For some reason when I send this email to by Trello board:

**TestSubject:** TestDescription (test), TestOtherDescription(test) **NextSubject:** 10

and

**TestSubject:** TestDescription (test), TestOtherDescription(test)
**NextSubject:** 10

and

**TestSubject:** TestDescription (test), TestOtherDescription(test)

**NextSubject:** 10

The first segment has the intended output:

 

The second segment has an erroneous output: 

This segment is missing the line break from the email.

 

The third has the intended output:

 

The error does not occur without the parenthesis. For example:

**TestSubject:** TestDescription (test), TestOtherDescription(test)
**NextSubject:** 10

would output

 

Does anyone know how to get around this issue? Is it possible to get around it without removing the parenthesis? Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out!

We've tested this on our side and it looks like the third section actually has 2 line breaks, while the middle section only has 1.

The easiest solution might be to include second line break in that middle section, which worked in our testing.
