How do I add reviewers to a trello card?

Arjun Rajkumar

I have a set of cards that needs to be reviewed by other teammates. Example, a card on adding a new feature needs to be reviewed by three teams : QA team, product team and Dev team.  How can I add this in Trello so that we can quickly see the status (pending/in-progress/rejected/accepted) of these reviews on the top of each card. Also want to give the reviewer the option of adding a comment if they want. Basically need more eyes on a story before it can be considered as done. Any tips on how to do this best?

Hi Arjun,

There are probably a few ways that you can do this, but one way that I would suggest is by using Custom Fields. With this, you could have a separate field for each team that is shown on the front of a card. Each custom field could then be set for it's status, and you could see this directly on the front of the card.

Would this work as an option for you?

Thanks,

Ryan
