Latest Version of SourceTree is stuck on install

I updated my SourceTree to the latest today and now it's stuck on the install screen and will not continue.SourceTreeBug.jpg

Same here with the new version 2.2.2

Luckily I had it on my other machine so I just copied the old one and put it on my other computer. Won't upgrade for a while.
