A member of one of my boards cannot see/open any cards - how do I fix that for her?

Deirdre cards issue screenshot.png Looks like this to her when she's in the board. No one else in the class is having this issue to my knowledge.

@kmayrides they need to click the little white "x" in the little green box at the top right to turn off filtering.
