I am not getting notifications for Due Soon items on iOS.
I've enabled all notifications both in iPhone settings and Trello's settings, as well as set myself to a member of the card and I'm watching the card.
I've looked through the following articles:

Would you mind reaching out to trello.com/contact with a screenshot of the card that you would have expected a notification for as well as a screenshot of the notification section in Trello? We'd be happy to take a closer look.
