Is it possible to configure Crucible/Fisheye without Crowd or plug-ins to allow single sign-on in a Windows-only environment with multiple browsers (IE, FF, Chrome)?

Unfortunately you can only integrate the systems into a single profile, for true single sign-on you'll need Crowd.
