Not receiving alerts by email notification

Hello, I´m new using Trello, but it seems like when somebody in my team creates a new card or assign a comment to me (@) no alert is sent to my email address...

So I have to keep checking the board in order to see new tasks or comments assigned to me.

I already checked and my profile e-mail is ok

What came to my mind after reading your question there are a few things you may wanna check:

What did you set for notification frequenc in your settings in Trello?
Do you get any mails from Trello? Maybe it's getting in spam or to a folder

I did check the notification frequenc settings and to Instantly before start working with the team. And my spam is clean. I do receive some marketing Trello emails eventually but that´s all.
