Why doesn´t my dropbox files appear in Trello?

Hi,

I have installed the Dropbox Power Up in Trello. However some cards do not show the dropbox files, leaving a blank space. Other cards in the same board work fine. It doesn't seem a synchronizing problem. The issue is not related to the file size or whatever.
