Find Jira Server Projects using Trello

As a Jira Administrator, I'd like to find all Jira Server projects that are synchronizing with a Trello board.

I'm running the following:

Jira Server v7.9.2
Trello Sync for Jira v3.2.6-j7

I can look in the Trello Sync Queue on Jira and see a project that is using it, but I'm not sure that shows me ALL projects that use Trello.

Is there a db query or JQL or some other way to find all projects?
