Not that I know of - I tested this on a Business Class board.
16,384 characters is quite a lot from a reading perspective - when generating text to test this, it was ~2500 words on average.
I would consider at larger sizes whether the information could be split out into multiple cards or multiple custom fields (using the "custom fields" power-up) to make it easier to digest - or stored in a Knowledge Management tool, like Confluence.
