Is there a power up or an easier way to export multiple documents (PDF/Jpeg) to be sent via email instead of having to download each individual item and then attach.
@Crissy I have 2 products that let you use Trello as a Gmail client:
1. BenkoBoard is for your own email http://www.benkoboard.com/2. BenkoDesk is for shared/team email http://www.benkodesk.com/
So, for example in your scenario I assume you have a bunch of files that you have produced and need to send to an external client. In that case you would have all your files on the card, then post a comment:
@to Client Name client@domain.com @attach all Hi there!Please find all files attached.Thanks,The team
This can be posted from any device (mobile or desktop apps) and will show up in Gmail sent items. Then if/when the client replies, their reply will go to the same card.
