Habit Tracker by Upgrade Your Brain does not have "repeat habit" to click in cards

I am trying to set up a Habit Tracker in Trello using the Habit Tracker power up from Upgrade Your Brain. 

The instructions say for Step 1 to create a card for a habit. Step 2 is to then click on "Repeat Habit" in the open card. However, "Repeat Habit" is not there.

Please advise.

I am on Chrome.

Curious, I logged into Firefox and the "repeat habit" is available. 

I saved the card after I clicked on "repeat habit" and marked the days to repeat it.

When I go to Trello in Chrome, the card is not updated however.

I would still like to be able to use Chrome.
