Is an "Observer" on a BC Board a subscribed customer?

Hi,

If I invite someone to a Board as an "Observer" are they now going to be billed to my Business Class (BC) subscription?

@Gareth Davies Only for multi board guests ie an observer that has access to more than 1 boards in your business class team.
