What is in your case NPS, is it an issue-type, a custom field, a user (!) ?

It is an instance and should be deployed under my project. like below.
But for my project is it not showing.
Ok, clear.
As a jira-administrator (not a project administrator) you need to go to Settings > Manage Apps> NPS Administration > Survey center.
Here are your projects listed and you should enable the survey for your project.
