Using labels for Trello with Slack

I'm trying to set up the integration between Slack and Trello, to notify specific slack channels based on activity on a single board. But I want to notify different slack channels based on the labels applied to a card. I.e. only notify channel Foo when a card labeled Foo changes state. 

Right now every channel I use the integration with gets all notifications, and it doesn't seem possible to filter by label.

Has anyone been able to solve this?

Would love to work on this integration with Slack on the platform I am using. I know that there is a slack module but just cannot get myself into slack as I am working with any company using slack. This platform can easily monitor board / card activities so it is matter of integrating with Slack. 

Share with you a picture of the Slack module. Looks like it can target a specific channel.

Filter by labels will probably need some coding but should not be difficult with py-Trello
